wine: sherry

This wine is a very pale yellow colour with slight hints of greenish tones. On the nose there is a pungent yet delicate aroma of almonds with marked notes of its aging under the flor. On the palate it is very dry, elegant and light with reminisces of the sea.Dry Fino Seco Sherry - Light, clean and super dry and increasingly fashionable as an accompaniment to seafood and sushi. Drink straight from the fridge and enjoy this wonderful wine!

Pale in colour, with a refined salty, yeasty nose with green apples and touches of pear. On the palate there is more apple fruit, herbaceous notes, more pear, salty notes and slightly rough, prominent yeast aromas with an attractive finish.

A bright, amber coloured wine with hints of topaz and nuances of iodine. On the nose it presents great complexity and finesse with hints of aldehydes from the biological aging combined with spice, oak, vanilla and toasted almonds. Dry on the attack with good body and a long lasting finish.A fabulously complex wine. Toasted almond aromas mingle with the scent of vanilla, spice and oak. Dry on the palate with a lovely, lingering finish. Aged under flor yeast for 6 years and then oxidatively in 600 litre oak casks for a further 8, this is a wine of real maturity and complexity. In Spain they drink Amontillado - an amazingly versatile wine - with a wide range of foods, from light tapas to hearty meat dishes. Back in the UK, sherry is experiencing something of a revival currently, and we think that this outstanding Amontillado is one of the best.

A glowing, transparent wine, mahogany in colour with coopery reflections. On the nose it is elegant and intensely aromatic. Delicate nutty notes, especially hazelnuts and walnuts combine with balsamic touches from the long years spent ageing in fine oak casks. On the palate it is smooth, rounded and full-bodied with good structure and a long finish.
