wine: moscato/dessert/sweet wines

Bright pale pink in colour with aromas of musk, sherbert and Turkish delight. Also hints of pink grapefruit, strawberries and citrus peel. On the palate it is like a bowl of fresh raspberry coulis with a persistent fizz and a sweet yet fresh finish. Pale gold in colour with fresh floral and stone fruit aromas on the nose. Apricot, honey and peach mix with citrus peel and creamy flavours on the palate. The 2007 is medium to full in body with refreshing acidity to balance the lingering sweet finish.

Style: Sweet dessert wine. Serving Temperature:Room temperature, 16C as after dinner drink.Also try this wine with ... Chestnuts (try roast them!) and other nut desserts and sweet desserts. After a bottle has been opened it preserves for 6 months at room temperature.

Clear golden colour with youthful lights. On the nose it is both rich and fresh, with perfumes of ripe peach, baked quince and lychees. The palate is fine and honeyed, with flavours of candied peel and warm summer peaches. The finish is long, fragrant and balanced.

Deep amber in colour, with aromas strongly reminiscent of dried fruit and candied citrus fruit peel. On the palate it is rich and unctuous though with a lovely balance which prevents it from cloying, dark and nutty with great intensity and a mineral character on the finish.

Tasting Notes Lovely deep ruby colour with a clean nose of ripe fruit notes, with fig, prune and raisin aromas. Rich, unctuous and intense on the palate with flavours of prunes, raisins and spiced, dried fruit compote. A twist of acidity on the finish keeps it fresh.
