Ginger Wine is packed full of real Tasmanian ginger, then macerated for months in tanks to soak up as much flavour as possible. Great on its own, with lemonade or whiskey, or to cook with in stir-frys & desserts, this is one of the best sellers.

Using pure heather honey, not flavourings, this is one of the best meads (although becoming increasingly expensive to source honey to produce) available. A wine of local significance to the North East, mead was originally made by monks many centuries ago.
