Coral pink colour, strawberries and cream on the palate. Lots of soft fruit flavours, delicate and refreshing.

This rosé is unique in the UK. It is made with red grapes, using a white winemaking process to produce a rosé in the vinho verde style. The result is a lovely fresh, versatile wine that is pure Portuguese summer in a glass. Bright cherry red in colour, with attractive aromas of strawberries, raspberries and candied apples. On the palate, the wine is intense and lively, with ripe redcurrant and apple fruit, refreshing acidity and a nice clean finish.

Chestnuts (try roast them!) and other nut desserts and sweet desserts. After a bottle has been opened it preserves for 6 months at room temperature.

The 2010 is medium pink in colour with fresh notes of strawberry, raspberry and peach on the nose. The palate is refreshing and fruit-driven, with juicy red berries and primary stone fruits. The finish is long and mouthwatering, it is dry but with the faintest hint of sweetness lingering at the end.

The 2010 is an attractive berry pink colour, with vibrant cherry, raspberry and strawberry aromas leaping from the glass. The palate is crisp and refreshing with juicy fruit flavours and medium to full body. It is an elegant, fine rosé with plenty of intensity and a long, satisfying finish.

Lovely vibrant crimson/magenta hue. Deep colour, less so than the 2010, but still good depth and biightness. Delicious young Grenache lift is evident with a little touch of sweet marzipan that seems unique to this vintage. On the palate, just the right amount of acidity, crisp flavours and fleshiness.

Bright salmon pink in colour with perfumes of fresh apples with notes of strawberries, raspberries, jasmine, rose petals and a hint of musk. On the palate it has intense flavours of red berry fruit, nectarines and poached spiced fruits. It has medium body, refreshing acidity and a good length.

Attractive salmon pink colour, with an intense and rich bouquet full of ripe berry fruit. The palate is ample and generous with tart red berries and an attractive final note of freshness.

The 2010 is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault. Pale-to-medium pink in colour, with aromas of freshly picked strawberries and raspberries. The palate is crisp and refreshing with a dry finish. The full, red berry fruit is round and juicy providing excellent balance as well as a smooth, long finish.

The grapes were crushed and pressed before fermentation took place in controlled stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 13-16°C. After pressing, further skin contact was avoided to avoid extracting too much colour or tannin.

Strawberry pink in colour. On the nose it has intense aromas of fresh strawberries, toasted bread and a hint of liquorice. On the palate, it has good depth of fresh fruit flavour and a crisp finish.
