The 2010 is medium pink in colour with fresh notes of strawberry, raspberry and peach on the nose. The palate is refreshing and fruit-driven, with juicy red berries and primary stone fruits. The finish is long and mouthwatering, it is dry but with the faintest hint of sweetness lingering at the end.

The 2010 is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault. Pale-to-medium pink in colour, with aromas of freshly picked strawberries and raspberries. The palate is crisp and refreshing with a dry finish. The full, red berry fruit is round and juicy providing excellent balance as well as a smooth, long finish.

Vignes de L`Eglise Rosé de Syrah IGP Pays d`Oc (Case of Six)
The grapes were crushed and pressed before fermentation took place in controlled stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 13-16°C. After pressing, further skin contact was avoided to avoid extracting too much colour or tannin.
