This is a quality dry sparkling wine. It is a delicious, voluptuous quality sparkling. With a crunchy acidity, smooth and very pleasant on the palate this sparkling wine has fruity notes such as pineap-ple and apples. It has a persistent delicate finish. It should be served between 8-10C. Suggestions: To drink in special occasions as a social quality sparkling or it can also be enjoyed with meat, fish dishes and fruit desserts.
