Clean, crisp and fresh but still with plenty of character, the 2010 Pinot Grigio is lively and aromatic, with the classic freshly baked bread crust perfumes and ripe, juicy pear character on the youthful, crisp palate which make this such a popular variety. Lovely almondy perfumes on the finish, with a twist of lime.

The lively citrus-fruit aromas lead to an extremely well-balanced wine with fresh acidity and ripe apple, lemon and melon fruit character. It is full-bodied but refreshing with textbook Chablis minerality and a long, fine finish.

The 2010 is pure lemon/yellow in colour with vibrant aromas of nettle, grapefruit and passionfruit. The palate is elegant in texture, with refreshing acidity and medium body. There is plenty of citrus and mineral flavour, with a long, thirst-quenching finish.

Intense pear aromas on the nose with soft straw undertones. Opulent pear and tropical fruit continue on the palate with well-integrated freshness. The lees contact adds generous mouthfeel and length.

Light lemony-gold in colour with intense perfumes of ripe pear, a touch of lychee and some floral notes. On the palate it is ripe and rounded, with an almondy-marzipan character, rich apricot and a lively, fresh nutty finish.

Pale gold in colour with fresh floral and stone fruit aromas on the nose. Apricot, honey and peach mix with citrus peel and creamy flavours on the palate. The 2007 is medium to full in body with refreshing acidity to balance the lingering sweet finish.

Ripe and full in style, this Pinot Gris is packed full of concentrated fruit flavour, with delicious notes of spiced pear and toffee. There is breadth and weight on the palate, which is perfectly balanced by vibrant acidity.

This wine shows lifted flavours of blackcurrant with underlying notes of wet stone and thyme. The palate is elegant yet full with sufficient weight and texture, which is balanced by the flinty minerality typical of the Seaview Vineyard. This wine is a fantastic match with foods such as poultry dishes and a wide range of seafood dishes and shellfish.

Featured in the July edition of decanter magazine this is an excellent Vinho Verde made from premium Loureiro grapes. It is limpid and brilliant with citrinous colour, fruity and floral aromas and dry, fruity, fresh and floral on the palate. Sit back and enjoy a great tasting wine that represents fantastic value for money.

Both varieties were picked by hand and after crushing the must was cooled and cold maceration took place before pressing. The lees were separated by cold settling and selected yeasts were inoculated for fermentation. After the final blend was complete, the wine was bottled to preserve the fresh fruit characters of the varietals.

The 2010 is pale lemon in colour with delicate aromas of jasmine, pear and lightly toasted bread. The palate is juicy with pure, citrus fruit character and a long, fine-textured finish.

A modern Austrian Riesling with very fresh citrus and green apple. A fine, elegant and highly aromatic wine, with scents of peaches, citrus fruit and gooseberries. Vibrant and very fresh on the palate, it is beautifully balanced and delicate, with bright acidity and lovely lime zest characters. There is a touch of residual sugar which rounds out its long, perfumed finish. A light, lively Riesling.

Light lemon in colour with a fresh, herbaceous perfume on the nose, lively blackcurrant and citrus flavours on the palate and the classic gooseberry perfumes on the finish. Crisp, vibrant and racy in the classic Marlborough Sauvignon style.

The 2009 Yealands Estate Gewurztraminer shows intense aromatic notes of ginger and lychee on the nose. The palate is full and weighty, exhibiting notes of spice and rose petal, with a dry finish.

Pale straw in colour with a pure nose of lemon and lime. Dry in style, this riesling is focused and steely, with a wonderful balance between the refreshing, racy acidity and purity of fruit.

Light gold in colour with floral perfumes and notes of tropical and citrus fruit. On the palate, it is full and ripe, with a rich, buttery character lifted on the finish by a fresh, nicely balanced acidity and a touch of vanilla and cinnamon spice.

Pale yellow in colour with a crisp, fresh nose with perfumes of white peaches and ripe apples. On the palate it is lively and soft, with juicy fruit characters and a zesty finish.

The Pinot Blanc is pale yellow in colour. It has elegant, lifted aromas of elderflower and apple, with a juicy, fruity palate supported by lively citrus acid and 10.5% alcohol. It is medium in body, very refreshing, and finishes dry.

Oaked for 3 month in French barrels. Full body.intense & fruity aftertaste. From the region of Keratea, Attica. Good with fish, pork & Mediterranean dishes.

This light wine has a citric colour and smells like green apples and stoned fruits. On the palate it has good acidity and deep freshness and is extremely well balanced. An excellent wine for many occasions. Suggestions: Goes well with seafood, salads, grilled fish or a great aperitif wine.Serving Temperature: 6-8C

Vinho Verde when translated means ‘Green Wine’. This does not relate to the colour but the fact that it is young and fresh. This classic example is from the rugged slopes of Alto Lima and Vez and is an ideal wine for an English summer day with a BBQ or simply by itself.
