Estremadura is the largest wine producer region. It is a temperate climate without large thermal amplitude.
Vinification
Fermenting tanks: Small stainless steel “Lagares”.
Fermentation: 12 days in a temperature of 18C.
Tasting Notes
This light wine has a citric colour and smells like green apples and stoned fruits. On the palate it has good acidity and deep freshness and is extremely well balanced. An excellent wine for many occasions.
Suggestions: Goes well with seafood, salads, grilled fish or a great aperitif wine.Serving Temperature: 6-8C
