An easy drinking champagne, with the proportion of barrel-aged reserve wine giving a slightly spicy, fuller feel to the rich, peachy, honeyed and almond flavours. 40% of the blend is Chardonnay which gives a fine, citrus fruit length and elegant texture.

Good depth of dark, ruby colour, with an open, spicy red fruit nose. On the palate the wine is bursting with fruit, with a good balance between of ripe, juicy fruit and rounded tannins.

Pale lemon in colour with green tints this wine is fresh and vibrant on the nose with aromas of fresh citrus fruits and some grassy notes. On the palate it is light with plenty of fruit character and a refreshing acidity on the finish.
